Our cakes and pies are baked fresh by our executive pastry chef and her team. They contain no added sugar and are gluten free, all natural and very low carb. We are told they taste better than their carb(ey) cousins!
Each cake measures 7" - 8" in diameter (depending on icing and trim) and serves 8 - 10 large slices. Refrigerate for 10 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy at room temperature. Pies are 9" and serve 10 comfortably.
